Select the installer below that matches the computer or device needing support.

Download the Windows remote support executable.

Download the Mac remote support disk image.

Download the Linux shell installer.

Download the Raspberry Pi remote support installer.

Download the correct remote support client for your device.
Run the downloaded file and follow the prompts.
Signal Flow Solutions will provide you with an activation code to begin the support session.
If you would like one-time support access only, follow the prompts that say “Run”.
If you would like Signal Flow Solutions to have ready access for future support, follow the prompts that say “Install”.
Keep the support window open until the support session is complete.

Only run remote support software when you are actively working with Signal Flow Solutions or another trusted support provider.
